This painting is again from the garden of the Mezquita, but unlike my last painting where I used the gardens as a foreground, I have focussed here on capturing the Alhambra with the snow capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada behind. The rooftops of the old houses of the Albaicin make an interesting foreground which blends with the theme and composition.
