When Francesca was here during early summer I painted her twice in acrylics and sold both paintings. She was in Las Negras again last week visiting her parents who have a villa here. They are from Belgium but Francesca lives and works in Dublin. She is very tall and has a grace which makes her a lovely model to paint. This time I decided to paint her in watercolours and chose a setting in my neighbor, Ute’s garden. I have done several paintings of this garden before so if you would like to look at my earlier paintings of Francesca or Ute’s garden simply enter their names in the search box at the head of this blog.
